Recommended Hubs and Drums, Electric Brakes, and Tire/Wheel With Timbren 3,500 lb Axle-Less System
Question:
im looking to change out an axle set on a exhibition trail trailer and add the ASR5200S03 with the 4inch lift. How or can I match up the bolt pattern for a matching Jeep Wranglers 5 on 5 rims? I want to also add electric brakes.

Replacing existing axles with the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System # TASR5200S03 is a great choice since it eliminates a lot of technical information that is needed for traditional axles.
As far as wanting to be able to interchange your Jeep Wrangler tires for the ones on your trailer, it is not necessarily recommended. Passenger vehicle tires are made to have a little more give in their sidewall than trailer tires so that they can provide a more comfortable ride. Since the sidewall of a trailer tire was made specifically for hauling loads and is more stiff they perform better on trailers than passenger tires do.
The correct hub and drum assembly that will fit on the Timbren spindles is the Dexter part # 8-201-5UC3-EZ. This hub and drum assembly is rated for 5,200 lb axles and come in a quantity of 1 so you will want to make sure you order 2. This assembly uses a 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern so the wheels that you need to use will not be compatible with your Wrangler's 5 on 5 bolt pattern.
To add electric brakes I recommend going with our etrailer.com Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-7-SA. This kit is rated for your 5,200 lb axle and features a self-adjusting feature so that you don't have to keep adjusting your brakes.
For an appropriate tire/wheel combo that will work with this setup I recommend the Taskmaster Provider # TA57VR which will fit the 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern. The tire is a Load Range D which means that is can handle 2,540 lbs at 65 psi and it has a speed rating of M which means that the max speed is 81 mph.
If you need equipment to add all of the wiring for electric brakes both on your trailer and your Jeep just let me know and I can make some recommendations.
