A weight distribution system rated for 600 pounds of tongue weight will be just find as long as the total tongue weight of your loaded and ready to tow trailer added to the amount of weight added behind your truck's rear axle isn't over the 600 pounds.
If your tongue weight isn't over the 600 pounds I suggest the Reese Steadi-Flex # RP66558. The Steadi-Flex uses friction pads similar to automotive brake pads for sway control. This helps correct sway and is quieter than a steel on steel system. You'll need a hitch ball. Use # 63847 for a 2-5/16 inch ball or # 63845 for a 2 inch ball.
If your tongue weight goes over 600 pounds instead I recommend the Equal-I-zer # EQ37100ET. It's rated from 600 to 1,000 pounds of tongue weight.
