For your 2003 Ford F-150, there are many hitches that will fit. My recommendation is to use the Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails and Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP50082-58 which will give you a set of 5th wheel rails with custom brackets for a clean installation. The air bag suspension you mentioned will not interfere with these brackets, the rails, or the hitch.
Then for your 6-3/4 foot bed, I recommend the Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R16 Slider - Dual Jaw - 16,000 lbs # C16521. This slider will give the turning clearance you will need by using the round tube sliders that keep the hitch from binding. This hitch has a dual jaw system with the serrated jaws for maximum security as well as 360 degree contract with your trailer king pin.
You may also want to consider adding a 7-way to the bed of your truck using the Bargman # 50-97-410. This installs to your factory wiring in line with your bumper 7-way for a second connection that is easy to access for your 5th wheel trailer.
