The installation instructions for the Tekonsha ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness, # 119250KIT, can be found towards the bottom of this page for you to review. The instructions are for a universal installation. The ZCI harness kit fit many different makes and models vehicles, and the installation will be the same across the vehicle brands.
We do have a couple of installation videos showing this harness being installed. However, not on the 2014 Ford C-Max. The two models we do have ate a 2013 BMW X5 and a 2008 Land Rover Range Rover Sport. Watching these videos will give a general idea on how the ZCI harness is installed. Since there is not cutting or splicing, all you will need is a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to help find the correct wires to connect the ZCI harness's sensors.
