Cargo Carrier With Highest Rise for Use on a 2005 Honda Odyssey

Will this fold up on the 2005 Honda Odyssey? Which carrier has the most ground clearance? Which carrier has the highest rise shank?

If you are looking for a traditional kind of cargo carrier then I recommend going with the Reese Cargo Carrier # 63153 which has a shank rise of 2-1/2 inches.
The cargo carrier that currently has the highest rise in the shank is the Carpod Walled Cargo Carrier # M2205 which has a shank rise of 5-1/2 inches. We have not shot an installation video on a 2005 Odyssey, but we do have videos of this carrier being installed on a 2007, 2014, 2015, and 2016 Odyssey which means it should fit just fine on your 2005 Odyssey.
If you let me know which one you would like to go with I can make some recommendations on accessories (lights, wiring, ect..) for you to stay legal and get the most out of your cargo carrier.
