Troubleshooting Lippert Ground Control Leveling System Error

hi I have 2015 thor RV with LCI electronic leveling it does not work it shows 2 messages ,,Return Leveler for Service ,, and the second one is ****ERROR*** Retract Timeout what can I do thank you

The Error Code on your Lippert Ground Control # LC358590 is not one of the errors listed in the manual, so I reached out to my tech contact at Lippert and they said that the system must have malfunctioned at some point. To clear that code, you can press the retract button and the enter button simultaneously holding for about 3 seconds and it will clear the error code. It may function fine after that, but if not, you probably need to have it looked at.
