The hub casting number 8-258 will appear on more than one hub so to select the correct replacement you will want to match up the type - idler or drum - along with 1) your wheel's bolt pattern; 2) the specific set of bearings used in the hub; and 3) the weight rating based on your axle's capacity.

The part you referenced # 8-258-50UC1-EZ is a galvanized idler hub (no brake drum) for 2200-lb axles that has a 5-on-4-1/2 wheel bolt pattern. This uses part # L44649 for both its inner and outer bearing. To ensure this will fit on your axle spindles you will want to pull one of your hubs to check its bearings. A new hub must use the same bearings in order for it to fit on your spindles.

The linked page displays all hubs; just click on the filters for bolt pattern, axle capacity (from the sticker on your axle), wheel diameter and bearing numbers to find compatible replacements. You can also tell me the bolt pattern (using the linked article), bearing set and axle weight rating and I can help you select one.
