A-Frame Trailer Jack to be Installed in Different Directions to Allow SUV Hatch to Open

do any of the 3500-5000 lb electric jacks come with rotating heads or more holes to rotate the bolt in area to make more clearance for an suv hatch?

We don't carry an A-frame trailer jack that has a rotating head. However, the head can be installed in which over orientation the bolt holes on your trailer allow. And if you needed you could always drill new holes so the head faces the exact direction you'd like it to.
We do have the Ultra-Fab Jack # UF38-944037 that has a few options for different bolt hole spacing.
Another solution that may work for you is a longer ball mount like # BH20. This will put the jack further away from the tow vehicle.
