To determine the correct weight distribution system you'll need to add the 1,200 pounds of tongue weight of your loaded trailer to the amount of weight you have stored behind your Chevy's rear axle. That figure needs to be within the range of the system you choose.
Once you add those together the Reese Steadi-Flex # RP66561, rated for 1,400 pounds of tongue weight, is a great option. It uses automotive friction pads for sway control. For a hitch ball use # 19286.
Another great option, and one of the most highest regarded weight distribution systems on the market, is the Equal-I-zer # EQ37140ET. It's also rated or 1,400 pounds of tongue weight. Equal-I-zer uses a 4-point sway control with friction at the brackets and at the head.
I've linked some videos on each system, as well as an article you might find helpful.
