Trailer Wiring Recommendation for 2013 Volkswagen CC
Question:
I have a 2013 VW cc. My stop and turn lamp is the same filament on my car. But I do not want to run the wires straight to a trailer. I want them thru a powered converter box, so all the draw there is to my tail light wiring, is for a signal to turn on a relay. I cant seem to find a powered 4 wire to 4 wire converter box

For your 2013 Volkswagen CC the Tekonsha trailer wiring part # 118714 is the correct fit. This kit comes with a converter box that draws power for the trailer taillights from the battery directly. It also installs easily by plugging inline with the taillights of your vehicle.
