Availability of a Trailer Wiring Harness for a 2014 Toyota Highlander with OEM Tow Package

Question:

Hello! I have a 2010 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Limited w/ tow package. I have emailed in the past on which hitch to buy that will fit my full size wheel which you promptly answered. I am now ready to buy but need to know which trailer hitch wiring kit I should buy? My vehicle has the tow package but do not have any idea on which harness I would need. Thanks!

The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness, # 56042, is the confirmed wiring harness for the 2010 Toyota Highlander with factory tow package installed.

The factory tow package will include a power converter that would have been installed under the dash at the factory. You will not need to install a converter to your model Highlander.

The connecting point for the wiring harness will be located on the driver's side rear behind the interior panel in the cargo area. The attached photo shows were to connect the harness to your vehicle.
