We offer a low-cost universal-fit 5th wheel above-bed base rail kit # RP30035 from Reese for your 2014 Ford F-250 with 6-3/4-foot bed, which will accept any industry-standard 5th wheel hitch, but the easiest install comes from a custom kit like # RP56016-53.
Certain Pull-Rite SuperGlide hitches like their model 2700 will fit in all industry-standard rails like those examples above. Not all of the versions of this hitch system use rails, so you will want to confirm which hitch model you have. Its design will determine if it needs an above-bed rail setup or if an under-bed kit can be used. Under-bed kits are nice if you often need the bed clear for cargo.
For an in-bed wiring harness for your truck you can use part # 50-97-410.
We do not offer Pull-Rite products so we do not have an under-bed install kit for your truck.
