Stabilizing 2 Bikes On the Surco RV Ladder Bike Rack SP501BR
Question:
We have 2 adult bikes and a correctly mounted Surco ladder rack. How do we hang vertically 2 bikes with both front wheels, and handle bars still on the bikes without bike damage?

The best way to help prevent your bikes from scratching each other would be to adjust the cradles so that your bikes would be as far apart as possible and then use the Curt Trailer Hitch Support Strap # 18050 to help keep them from moving. This will not necessarily guarantee that there will be no damage, as there is a lot of play at the rear of any RV, but this will definitely help.
