Question:
I put in the year 2010, but this ad says for 2006-2009. I dont know of any differences for 2010, but I was warned to make sure it fit a 2010.

According to Draw-Tite, Trailer Hitch, # 75382, will fit your 2010 Hummer H3. The hitch has been carried over for the 2010 model year according to the manufacturer. I have included a link to the installation instructions for reference. To complete your towing set up, the recommended ball mount is # C45010 and pin and clip # PC3. You can use ball # 19260 (1-7/8 inch diameter), # 19247 (2 inch diameter), or # 63847 (2-5/16 inch diameter).
