Replacement Spring Bars for Fastway E2 Weight Distribution System FA94-00-0800

Question:

I bought a fastway E2 from etrailer with a 8,000 max tow. I recently purchased a new travel trailer that will max out the current hitch. Can I purchase the 10,000 bars and use the same hitch assembly?

Thank you for your purchases from etrailer, including that for the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution system # FA94-00-0800. You can change out the spring bars to give your setup a higher tongue weight (TW) rating to match your new heavier trailer. Ideally your loaded trailer TW will fall somewhere near the middle of the operating range for the system you're using.

You can use two of spring bar part # FA94-02-1099 that you referenced to give your Fastway system a TW rating up to 1000-lbs.
