For your 2016 Lexus RX 350 that has a 4-way all you need to install the Prodigy RF part # TK94FR is the adapter part # 37185 which will convert the 4-way to a 7-way, 10 gauge wire like part # 10-1-1 (sold by the foot), and a circuit breaker part # 9510.
Basically you plug your 4-way into the adapter and then run the black wire from the adapter to the vehicle positive battery post with the wire and through the breaker. That's all it takes. A local mechanic would have no problem accomplishing this as it would be pretty basic for them.
