Automatic Sliding Fifth Wheel Hitch Recommendation for 2017 Ram 1500 5-1/2 ft Bed

Hi there, I have a 2017 ram 1500 with a 57inch box and am looking for a recommendation for an automatic sliding 5th wheel hitch. I was wondering if you had any recommendations or solutions for me. Thanks!

We have one option that would work well for you. The Demco 13k Hijacker part # DM8550040 will automatically slide 22-1/2 inches as you make tight turns to give you the needed clearance to make tight turns.
The correct rail kit for this hitch in the bed of your 2017 Ram 1500 is the part # DM8552030-71 which is a custom fit rail kit that will minimize drilling and install time when compared to a universal kit.
