The Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # RP30051 referenced in your question is compatible with Curt, Valley, Draw-Tite, Hidden-Hitch and Reese base rails, so it can be switched between trucks as long as the truck has the standard compatible base rails installed. The 16K Reese Hitch you also mentioned can be used in different trucks as long as it is compatible with standard, above-bed base rails.

Base Rails like # RP58058 can be used on multiple trucks, however the mounting hardware is only intended to be used for one installation. It is not recommended to re-use any hardware. For example, if you need to install these base rails on a new truck, you will just need a new hardware kit # RP58430.
