The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TDR1500DS referenced in your question will definitely offer some improvement over any sag you are experiencing when connecting your trailer to your 2014 Ram 1500. The hollow rubber springs will sit over the rear axle to help stabilize and level your vehicle. They will provide additional support and become more rigid as more weight is added. The 6,000 pound weight capacity should be plenty for supporting your trailer's 3,700 GVW. This Timbren Kit is confirmed to fit your vehicle and will work great.
Another option I recommend that may provide an even better solution is a weight distribution system. When vehicle squat is caused by a trailer instead of by heavy loads placed in the truck bed, this is usually a better option for improving the ride quality and creating a more level setup. When choosing a weight distribution system, the most important factor to consider is your total tongue weight. The total tongue weight includes both the loaded tongue weight of the trailer along with any weight coming from behind the rear axle of your Ram 1500.
Using your estimated 400 pound tongue weight, I recommend looking at the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System # EQ37060ET. This will evenly distribute weight over the axles of your Ram and trailer for added stability and control. It has a tongue weight capacity of 200-600 pounds, so should work perfectly with your trailer and still leaves some room to work with when adding any added weight coming from behind the rear axle of your tow vehicle. This particular system includes both the shank and hitch ball, so they will not need to be obtained separately. I have attached a video review of this product as well as an article on weight distribution systems that you may find helpful.
