The BedRug Full Truck Bed Liner # BRN05KCK is specifically designed to be used with spray-in bed liners.

I spoke to DeeZee about # DZ86965 and they confirm it will work great with a factory spray-in liner but they can't guarantee how well it will work if the liner was added later.
