Recommended Fifth Wheel Trailer Hitch And Installation Kit For 2016 Ford F-250

How do you know if your 2016 F250 has a factory rail kit. I want to purchase the custom install easy kit. it says it doesnt fit with factory rails?

If you have the factory rail kit on your 2016 F-250, there will be 4 pucks in the bed. The four pucks may have covers on them.
If you have an 8-ft bed and have the factory rail kit a fifth wheel hitch like part # RP30921 fits right in the pucks. When you are not towing and you remove the hitch, you have complete bed access.
If your truck has an 8-ft bed and does not have the factory rail kit I recommend a fifth wheel hitch like part # RP30047 and the Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit # RP50026-58.
If you have a short bed and do not have the factory rail kit I recommend a fifth wheel hitch like the Curt A16, part # C16521. This hitch has a slider and 12-inches of travel front to back.
The custom installation kit I recommend is part # RP50026-58. This kit cuts the installation time in half when compared to universal kits.
If you have a short bed truck and have the factory rail kit I recommend a slider fifth wheel hitch like part # RP30075 and the adapter # RP30156. This adapter will fit right in the pucks and provide a base for the fifth wheel hitch.
If you need a 7-way in the bed of your truck for your trailer I recommend part # C56070.
