Parts Needed to Install a 7-Way Trailer Connector on a 2000 Ford F-150 with a Factory 4-Way
Question:
I have a 2000 f-150. It has a 4 flat and I am needing to change it to a 7 way. I am installing my brake controller today. What do I need to do this? Thanks

Since your 2000 Ford F-150 has the factory 4-way trailer connector you'll need # 118242 to install a 7-way. This plugs into the truck's factory wiring using a connector underneath the truck. I've linked an install video for you.
You may also want the mounting bracket # PK12711U which works well with the 7-way.
