Expert Reply:
The B&W Biker Bar Trailer-Mounted Motorcycle Tie-Down System # BWMC2303 that you referenced is specifically intended for Sportsters, but we do also offer a heavier-duty version made for dressers like your 2012 Ultra-Classic Limited.
For your bike you can use # BWMC2301 which fits bikes with a frame tube diameter of 1-1/8 - 1-1/4-inches and with a frame width of 10- to 14-1/2-inches measured at the bottom rails. Please note the Biker Bar is intended to hold a motorcycle that is pointed in the direction of travel.
You can refer to the two linked videos for more on installation and use of this unique motorcycle transport product.
