Pro Series RB3 Weight Distribution System Recommendation for Trailer with 393 lbs of Tongue Weight

Question:

I am purchasing a 2017, 22 foot single axle Airstream with a 393 pound tongue weight. The GTW is 4500 pounds. Is the Pro Series RBE 550 TW a good match for this trailer? I will be towing it with a Ford F150 equipped with a 5.0 V8 engine. I am not sure of the ball diameter of the Airstream. Does the Pro Series RB3 550 except a 2inch and/or 2-5/16inch ball? Also is the standard receiver hitch on my 2015 F150 2inch x 2?

If your loaded tongue weight is 393 lbs when you are ready to tow the RB3 part # PS49581 would be a great option as it has a tongue weight range up to 550 lbs. If you need more tongue weight range you would then want the part # PS49582 which goes up to 750.

For a 2 inch ball you would want part # A-90 and for a 2-5/16 inch ball # 19286.
