Are the Available Tire and Wheel Combos Machined Balanced
Question:
Do the tires/rims I just received from you require to be balanced before use?

Expert Reply:
The tire and wheel combinations we currently carry like the Provider # TA43RR are not machine balanced. However, our tire manufacturers do line up the light spot on the tire with the heavy spot on the wheel. This is a type of balancing but a bit different from how car tires are balanced, with weights on a balancing machine.
If you wish to have the tire and wheel balanced, a local tire shop should be able to do this for you. This is not required and the tire and wheel will work great without having this done.
