Recommended Brake Controller And Plug-In Adapter For 2016 Ram 1500
Question:
Thank you for the info on installing TT brake controller on 2016 Ram 1500. My TT trailer has 2 axles so I do not need the 90195 4 axle one. Please recommend which ones will work for 2 axle and the one you would recommend. thanks

For your 2016 Ram 1500 I recommend the P2, part # 90195. This brake controller is one of our most popular because it is easy to setup and operate. It will work with trailers that have 1 to 4 axles so it will work great for your tandem trailer.
You will also need part # 3024-P. This is the plug-in adapter that easily plugs into the brake controller harness under your truck dash. I have attached a link to an installation video for a 2016 Ram 1500 you can check out.
