Is there any trailer wiring at the rear of your vehicle? Most likely you wouldn't be looking for trailer wiring if your vehicle already had a 4-way as that is what the part # C55335 is designed to provide.
This harness is a fit for your 1998 GMC Savana and will work well for you. The great thing about this harness is that even if your vehicle did have the factory 4-way this would still fit your vehicle and work perfectly fine.
