Parts Needed to Install Brake Controller in a 2015 Ford Transit T250  

Question:

I have a 2015 Ford Transit van. We need to hook up electric brakes for trailer. Do you have a kit that does this ? Will need controller and all needed wiring Thanks

None of the Ford Transit models have a plug in harness, like what the # 3034-P is designed to fit. The installation of an electric brake controller requires using the included pig tail to hard wire into the van's wiring.

If your Transit is not wired for a brake controller you can use # ETBC7 to install everything you'll need, including a 7-way trailer connector. Although it sounds like you may already be set up. For a brake controller I suggest the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 # 90885 because of its reliability and ease of use.
