Can I buy the kit without the rails kit rp50074-58

Yes, you can get the brackets and hardware from kit # RP50074-58 by themselves. Use part # RP50074. But you will also need hardware # RP58504 to attach the rails to the brackets. The hardware is meant for one-time use only so the old hardware, if you still have it, should not be reused.
