For your 2010 Dodge Ram 3500 Dually Pickup, I would recommend the Reese Custom Installation Kit with Rails and Brackets, item # RP50140-58. This is a custom installation kit that does not require drilling into the truck frame under the bed of the vehicle, and speeds up installation considerably. Detailed instructions are linked below for you to review as well as an installation video on a 2012 Dodge Ram.
The Valley Fifth Wheel Hitch Rail Install Kit, item # V70550, will also fit on your 2010 Dodge Ram 3500 Dually Pickup, but it will require considerably more drilling and installation time. Once installed the rails will perform the same with either system.
If you are looking for a fifth-wheel hitch to install in the rails, I would recommend the Reese 20K Fifth Wheel Trailer Hitch, item # RP30928, for your 1 ton pickup. This hitch has good height adjustment for todays trucks with taller bed sides and has a 4-way pivoting head for easy hook ups.
