Sway Control Availability for Trailer that Does Not Require Weight Distribution

Question:

I dont have an issue if heavy tongue weight so I dont use or need a weight distribution hitch. I would however, be interested in a sway control unit. Do they make one that can be used without the WDH?

We have friction sway control units that do not require a weight distribution system be installed. The most popular option we have is the Reese # 83660. Basically this unit uses a friction mechanism to stiffen up the movement of the pivot point between the hitch and the trailer so that sway would be harder to manifest.

You will need to install the part # RP26003 on the ball mount platform so that you have a place for the smaller ball of the unit to attach.
