Roof Rack Recommendations for a 2017 Honda Ridgeline

Question:

I would like to convert a set of rhino roof racks that I had for a 2014 Toyota Prius so they work on a 2017 Honda Ridgeline. I see I need longer bars, but can I also get the custom fit rubber parts to work on the ridgeline? Thanks for your help!

We have roof rack options for the 2017 Honda Ridgeline, but there are no roof racks for the 2014 Toyota Prius that will work with the Ridgeline. The 2017 Ridgeline will require an entirely new roof rack. Below are a few of my recommendations.

If the Ridgeline has a bare roof, then I recommend looking at the Rhino-Rack ROC25 Roof Rack, # RR99TR. This roof rack uses their Vortex Aero crossbars for reduced wind resistance and noise. Unfortunately the square bars that you currently have are not compatible with any of the roof rack kits available for the Ridgeline.

If the Ridgeline has the factory installed roof side rails, then our only options are from Thule. If you don't mind the square crossbars, then you may want to take a look at the most cost effective option, Thule Crossroads Square Bar Roof Rack which consists of Thule's 60 inch SquareBars, # TH712500, and their Evo Raised Rail Feet, # TH710401.

If the aero style crossbars appeal to you, then you can step up to the Thule WingBars, # TH711500 (also available in black # TH711520) and the same feet, # TH710401.
