Can Head of B and W Companion Hitch Swap to Base for Ford Factory Rail Kit

I have a bandw 3000 companion from my 2011 ram. We purchased a 2011 ford with the ford Oem puck style plate can I buy a base for the ford and use my model 3000 hitch on it?

There is a base we offer that will allow you to take the head off of your current Companion hitch and install it in the Ford factory rail kit of your truck. For that you would want the part # BWRVB3300.
