Is HBA-CAM Adapter Required for HydraStar HBA-10 Operated with Factory Controller in 2008 Sierra
Question:
I recently purchased a horse trailer with a HBA 10 system on it. The serial number is 301506. The truck I am pulling it with is a 2008 GMC Sierra 3500 with a factory controller. From what Ive read I would need a HBA CAM unit but it says only for units with a serial number of 313800 or higher. Is the unit I have compatible with the GMC factory controller or do I need something else?
