To install the Glacier Mud Service Snow Tire Chains, part # PWH2437S, you will want to drape the tire chain over the tire and then slowly drive forward over the chain.
Generally speaking, the chains usually fit pretty tightly, but you can certainly use the rubber adjusters like part # PW99, sold in pairs.
When mounting snow chains on your vehicle, it is most effective and recommended to mount on the powered drive wheels of your vehicle. In your case, it would be the rear drive wheels. If you operate the vehicle in 4-wheel drive, you could put another set of snow chains on the front wheels for added stability, but it is not required.
Before installing chains, you will want to consult your vehicles owners manual or check with your Nissan dealership to see if it is recommended to use snow chains on your Nissan Frontier.
You will want to check the tire size on your Frontier, to make sure part # TC2828 fits your size wheel and tires. If you can send me your tire size, I can recommend snow chains compatible with your size. As you may know, the tire size will be a set of 3 digits, for example, 265-70/17.
