According to my research, the brake switch wire on a 2003 Toyota Tacoma should be green with a white tracer, but I would recommend testing to verify this is correct for your vehicle. Start at the brake pedal on the vehicle and test the wires running from it with a light tester like part # PTW2993. You will need to connect the red wire from the pigtail included with the Tekonsha P-3 brake controller # 90195 to the wire that shows power when you press the pedal but goes cold when you release the pedal.
You can see some additional information on the # 90195 brake controller at the links provided, including a video showing the same controller being installed on a 2009 model Tacoma which has a blue brake switch wire.
