Question:
My RV has a reese sidewinder pinbox so dont need a slider. Will the Companion 3300 work in a 2017 F250 6 and 3/4ft bed?

As long as your 2017 Ford F-250 has the factory puck system installed, then yes, the B&W Companion Hitch # BWRVK3300 will work great in addition to your Sidewinder.
If your F-250 does not have the factory puck system then you will need a slightly different setup. You will need to install the Custom Underbed Installation Kit # BWGNRK1116-5W, and you will need to use the B&W Companion # BWRVK3500-5W. Normally if you put your F-250 through our fitguide it would tell you that you would need to use the slider version of the Companion, part # BWRVK3400-5W. The problem with using a sliding 5th wheel hitch with a Sidewinder is that it would create too many pivot points and could really damage your whole setup. You can use a sliding hitch with a Sidewinder pin box as long as you keep the 5th wheel hitch in the locked position.
If you do not already have a 7-Way Wiring Harness installed in your F-250's bed then I recommend using the Bargman 90-Degree Wiring Harness # 54701-007 so make connecting your trailer's wiring much easier.
