Is There Trimming Required to Install Front Hitch 65049 in a 2016 Ford F-250

Will this hitch 65049 install on a a F250EXT without any trimming? Thank you.

The front hitch part # 65049 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for your 2016 Ford F-250 and only requires minor front fascia trimming on four wheel drive models of the vehicle. The trimming allows the front hitch to pass through the lower air dam.
