Trailer Tires to Replace Size 225/75-16 with 8 on 6-1/2 Bolt Pattern Rims  

Question:

ok i have a 20 ft gooseneck homade trailer and it has 225/75/16 inch tires on it i understand that you do not have that size and i have not been able to find that size my question is what size do i need to use for this trailer i think anything wider will rub the inside of the fender wells and it is a 8 lug rim thank you

The smallest tires we carry for a 16 inch rim are sized 235/80-16. These are going to be almost a half inch wider than your current tires and about an inch larger in diameter as well.

If you replace your rims you may be able to use 215/75-17.5 sized tires, like # LHAS701, which are actually about a 1/2 an inch thinner and about an inch larger in diameter than what you have now. I've linked our selection of these for you.
