The Husky Center Line Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control - Trunnion - 12,000 lbs GTW, 1,200 lbs TW # HT32218 system is a good system. It uses a 4 point, metal on metal friction to control sway as it occurs. It comes with the 2-5/16 inch hitch ball. It uses no lift chains, so the system is very easy to use.

The Reese Strait-Line Weight Distribution System w Sway Control - Trunnion Bar - 12,000 lbs GTW, 1,200 lbs TW # RP66084 uses a dual cam system with hot rolled spring bars to keep sway from occuring before it starts. It has the adjustable cam arms as well as chains for adjusting sensitivity to your driving preferences. The cams are overcome on turns and automatically come back into place for straight driving. This system does not include the hitch ball, but you can use # 19286 for this application. My recommendation would be this Straight Line system over the Husky Center Line because it is a superior sway control system with more adjustability so you can adapt to an empty trailer versus a loaded trailer or different driving conditions.

I have attached videos of both to assist you in your decision.
