The tow bar I suggest for you is the Blue Ox Avail # BX7420. I like the Avail becuase of the higehr, 10,000 pound, weigth capacity. It also includes safety cables.
If your 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited has the standard factory bumper the base plate kit for you is # BX1126. This will pair right up with the Avail. If you have a different front bumper let me know what you have and I'll find the correct kit for your Jeep.
To power the Jeep's lights so you have brake and turn signals you can use the Roadmaster Tail Light Wiring Kit # RM-155. This bypasses the Wrangler's wiring and installs into the tail lights. It adds an additional bulb in the tail light assembly that's on its own circuit instead of the Jeep's.
For a supplemental braking system the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO # SM99251 is a favorite around here because of how reliable it is and it's easier to install than many other permanently installed systems. A brake light relay # RM-88400 is also necessary to keep the Jeep's brake signal from overriding the RV's turn signals.
Finally, you'll likely need a high-low adapter. I've attached an article to help you determine the correct rise or drop your setup requires. I've also linked our selection of adapters for you to look at once you know what you need.
