Trailer Wiring Install Harness Recommendation for P3 in 2015 GMC Sierra 1500
Question:
I have a 2015 GMC 1500 Sierra. I purchased it used. It has a receiver hitch, but not sure if it is OEM. I suspect it was installed by U-haul. Will this controller still work?

All you need to install the Prodigy P3 brake controller is the part # 3016. Your 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 has a factory 7-way trailer connector installed on it already and this harness will connect everything needed to allow the p3 to work.
