Recommended Air Helper Springs for a 2015 Ford F150
Question:
Hello, I am looking at getting either air lift or firestone air bags. What should I go with? looking for something to raise the rear a little on a 2015 f150. Max payload capacity is 3000lbs on my truck. Thanks

Even though the Air Lift and Firestone Air Helper Springs are very comparable and are both great options, I recommend going with the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2582.
These air helper springs are for extra heavy duty purposes (max load capacity 4,800 lbs) so they will be able to handle the 3,000 lbs max payload capacity on your 2015 Ford F150. The springs are compatible with both 2 wheel drive and 4 wheel drive models of the F150 and they feature 4-Ply Rubber Springs as opposed to 2-Ply on the Air Lift models.
I also highly recommend using a compression system with these springs as well so that you can inflate/deflate them without having to find an air compressor. The Air Command # F96VV is one of our better options because you can use a wireless remote to control the air bags as opposed to using a gauge that is mounted in the cab like with the Air Command II # F2219. Either of these systems will get the job done, but I recommend going with the Air Command so that you can actually see how your truck is sitting without having to get in and out of the cab to adjust the air bags.
