Can the Engager Trailer BreakAway Kit with Charger and Tester be Mounted on the Bottom of Tool Box
Question:
Can this break-away battery be mounted flat on the bottom of a tool box mounted on my trailer tongue? Instead of being mounted on the side of one of my trailer frame rails.

Although this battery is designed to install on the side of the frame on your trailer, it should still work properly if you install it on the bottom of your tool box. The battery is completely sealed so you will not have to worry about the internal chemicals leaking out. Something to keep in mind is that the box might see some extra wear and tear if you are installing under your tool box instead of on the side of the frame.
