Does 2016 Honda Civic Sedan have to be on a Lift to Install Curt Trailer Hitch 11604

Can you install this rack while on the ground or does it need to be in some sort of lift?

A lift is not required to install Curt trailer hitch # C11604 on a 2016 Honda Civic sedan. It would make it easier but it isn't a necessity. Jacking up the rear of the vehicle, rolling it up on some ramps, using jack stands, any of these will give you enough space to install the hitch. I have linked a video showing an example installation of this hitch for you.
