Question:
Hello I have a set of older above the bed mounts. I am looking at putting them in my 2005 ford f250. What is the difference between part number rp56005 and rp50082?

The Reese Quick-Install Custom Outboard Brackets for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP56005 is compatible with the extended length base rails # RP30153 which are a little easier to install with a 48 inch length. The # RP50082 brackets are for use with the standard length base rails # RP58058 with a 43 inch length.
Your older bed rails will most likely be the ones compatible with the # RP50082 brackets.
