A 205/75-14 sized radial tire with load range C like # TR20514 has a weight capacity of 1,760 pounds so it will still be plenty for your boat and trailer. The outer diameter will drop less than a 1/4 inch so there will be very little change.

The only thing you'll want to make sure of is will the tire fit on your rim. A 205/75-14 will not fit on a 7 inch rim like a 215/75-14 will. So if you have a 7 inch rim it won't fit without getting new rims as well.

To measure the width of your current rim you want to measure from bead seat to bead seat. I've linked a video on a random wheel. If you skip ahead to just before the 2 minute mark you'll see the wheel being measured.
