We don't carry any 7 way flat adapters or specific 4 way vehicle to 7 way trailer adapter. My recommendation is to transition your trailer to a 7 Way Standard using the Epicord 7-Way Molded Trailer Plug with Junction Box - 10' Long # 277-000141 and ring terminals # 44-5310A. Then you can use an adapter like # 30717.
If you are going to be regularly pulling a trailer with brakes, I recommend upgrading your vehicle system with the # ETBC7 and a brake controller like # 90195.
