For your 2010 Subary Legacy GT Wagon, I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver Class III - 2" # 75673. This is a sturdy, square tube design with a black powder coat finish over an e-coat base for superior rust protection. It comes with all the hardware needed. I've attached a video to help.
