Since your F-250 does have the factory rail kit, all you will need is the Reese Elite Series Underbed Rail Adapter # RP30156. This will mount to the existing rails via the Power Puck system and is compatible with any 5th-wheel hitch that attaches to standard, above-bed base rails such as the Curt Slider # C16541. I've attached a video review of this adapter for you.
If you don't have one already, I also recommend adding a 5th-wheel wiring harness like the Curt # C56000. Once installed, this will provide a 7-way connector in the bed of your truck for easy hookup with your trailer.
